On Feb. 12, Small Victories, a store dedicated to handmade functional design, is opening in the Tribute Gallery in Old Town, Portland. The Small Victories grand opening party will be from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. The store, which is located at 328 NW Broadway (corner of NW Flanders and Broadway), features ceramics, jewelry, glass and lighting made by artists from Portland to Shanghai. The public is invited to celebrate the occasion with the staff and the artists.
